Both rooms on the hall side will be
available for renting. Rates are based on whether the person
renting it is an Asbury Eagles Club member or not:

A member is someone that has been actually initiated
into the Aerie or
Auxiliary and has been a member in
good standing for 6 months or longer.
There will be no bartender available for the small room. A $50.00
fee will be charged for a bartender for the large room.
In addition to the above, a $50 cleaning fee deposit will be paid
the time of reservation.
Time limit for the use of a room is 5 hours. There will be a
$50.00 charge per hour for any portion of an hour used after 5 hours.
Kegs: $225/keg for domestic beers. A bartender is needed if you
have a keg of beer.
If the person renting the room sets up, cleans up, and returns the
room to its original condition with no damage the deposit will be

All liquor and pop must be purchased through the club. No
beverages of any kind are allowed to be brought in.
You are responsible for arranging to have your own food catered and for
supplying all needed utensils and plates.

Funeral Dinners: There will be no rental fee for funeral
Deposit and Payment: Your reservation will become confirmed only
when the deposit is received. Your final rental balance and any
and all additional charges are due at the conclusion of your event.
There will be a $20.00 service fee, in addition to the original check
amount, on any returned checks.
Alcohol Consumption: No one under the legal age of 21 will be
permitted to purchase or consume alcohol. If appropriate ID
cannot be produced, we will not serve guests of any age. Guests
may be required to wear a wristband identifying them as of legal
age. All minors found consuming alcohol will be prosecuted.
The Eagles Club reserves the right to refuse service to anyone as well
as reserving the right to ask the person to leave the premises.
The Eagles Club may call a premature end to an event if the
participants show a blatant disregard for our rules, policies, property
Gratuity: A 15% gratuity is automatically charged on
all beverage orders that are charged to the master bill.
Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is
non-refundable. If you cancel your event within thirty (30) days
of the scheduled event date, you will be billed for the remaining
balance of your rental fee.
Damage Waiver: The Eagles Club holds renters fully responsible
for damage, vandalism or theft of property that may occur during the
event. The office will notify you in writing if we encounter
problems during your event.
Facility Restrictions: When planning your set-up, you must
coordinate the time and items to be used with your Club Manager/Banquet
contact. We will not guarantee set-up times prior to 48 hours
before the event.
Decorations: We do not allow tape or staples on our floors,
furniture or walls. Confetti, sand, etc of any type if
prohibited. Candles must be in candle holders. No free
standing candles are allowed.
